Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions as set out below, with the right for such to be altered from time to time for the safety and efficiency within the company of Click Singles Ltd trading as Click using web domain www.clickeventsuk.com for its members and clients who choose to attend events as members or guests.
Although Click works hard to ensure there are equal numbers of men and women at each event we are unable to allow for clients not turning up which then creates an imbalance of the sexes at some events. Click is unable to guarantee the age or background of clients who book events as we only check the identification of clients who pay for the Introduction Service. Click works hard to ensure every event offers the opportunity for enjoyment but is unable to guarantee you will find friends and/or partners at the events you choose, as this is down to personal choice and chemistry.
Clients Agreement with Click

To pay the non-refundable membership subscription fee in advance
The membership subscription is a recurring payment of £10 per month with one months notice of cancellation required.
Click Members also agree to advise Click in writing if they are unable to attend an event they have booked.
No refunds of membership subscription fees are refundable in full or part following the termination of membership for whatever reason.
Click reserves the right to change its pricing structure to ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the business.
Click reserves the right to terminate a membership for any serious or persistent breach of the Rules or for any lewd suggestive behaviour towards staff or members.
Guests and members are always asked to pay for an event at the time of booking.
To pay in advance the non-refundable fee for any events in which the client wishes to participate, and to accept the cancellation charges applicable at the time of booking.
To accept that any deposits paid on events are non-refundable
To accept that the hotel booking is to be paid in advance and that Hotel bookings made by Click Singles on the client’s behalf will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Once a client books an event they are agreeing to attend and failure on their part to attend an event once they have paid will not entitle them to a refund. Click events may at times specify an age group for an event. The age group specified is simply a guideline as people who are 42 may wish to meet people in their 30's. Clients who pay for an event then find the attendees are not of the age group they wish to meet will not be eligible for a refund.
To take personal responsibility to find out the start time and meeting place of the event. To check the website on the day of the event to ensure the time and venue are still as they were when the event was booked.
Agree to any event price increases or changes during to their events membership as the Directors of Click Singles have a responsibility to ensure the business can cover its costs
In connection with any activity, which involves an obvious degree of personal hazard, to act with proper regard for the health and safety of himself /herself and others. Please note Click Singles Ltd cannot be held responsible for any accidents or damage howsoever caused.
For the sake of other clients, each client has a responsibility to attend an event once they have booked it. Clients who do not attend once they have booked will not be eligible for a refund and may be liable to make a penalty payment. Clients who do attend an event will not be entitled to a refund if other clients have booked but not showed up at the event. Click does not accept responsibility for members and guests who have booked an event but do not show up.
If cancelled by the client payments for events are not refunded for any reason. This rule also applies to theatre and cinema and most event companies.
To behave appropriately towards other Clients, company hosts or staff when speaking on the telephone and at events.
To behave in a manner befitting the surroundings and leave any intimate behaviour to a more appropriate time and place. Guests who do not abide by this rule will be banned from attending future events.
To consent to the storage and use by Click of your personal data.
To ensure Click is kept advised of any change in your personal data.
To keep Click fully indemnified against any loss or expense which it may suffer as a result of Members not abiding by the Rules.
If you are asked not to contact a client to abide by their wishes and not contact them anymore. To do so would be deemed as harassment and membership would be terminated immediately.
To not make lewd suggestions to clients. If complaints are received placing you in this frame your membership will be terminated immediately.
Click Obligations to its Clients
To organise a continuing programme of social events for the enjoyment of its Members.
To keep the website updated so that clients can make themselves aware of forthcoming events.
To continue to cultivate a friendly, approachable atmosphere at all events.
To constantly develop the company to maximise opportunities for Clients to meet friends and partners.
Assistance with information about routes to arranged events.
To exclude a member we believe, for any reason, could become a nuisance to other members.
A guarantee that personal data will not be used for any purpose other than those related to Click.
Click may admit or exclude anyone to the membership for any reason without discussion or correspondence.
Click reserves the right to exclude a member from any programming event if it believes on reasonable grounds that this would be for the benefit of membership as a whole.
Click aims to carry out its programme to the full, but there may be occasions when for a bonafide reason an event has to be cancelled or re-scheduled. In such cases, Click will use its best endeavours to notify its members as soon as is possible, and, wherever possible, to refund any fees already paid or transfer them to a suitable event. No refunds are payable where, for his or her own reasons, a member cannot attend.
Photographs and Video's
Click Singles will occasionally take photographs and videos for use as the promotional material on this website or for other advertising mediums. If you would not like your identity to be shown on this website or in our other promotional material, please make us aware of the fact when you book the event. If we do not hear from you in this regard we will take it that you accept our use of you in this material.
Online Dating Terms and Conditions
Clients who sign up to our online dating agree to
- only communicate with people on this site when they are single
- keep all messaging polite and curtious at all times
- use appropriate language when communicating with other members
- upload a current photograph that reflects what they look like now
- treat others they communicate with online as they would like to be treated themselves

To abide by the rules set out for Members above
A monthly payment scheme is available for the convenience of our clients and when clients choose this option they agree to the full fee being taken from their debit or credit card should they decide to terminate their agreement anytime after its conception.
That they have been made aware of the fact that each service, Bronze, Silver or Gold respectively offers the number of profiles and time limits laid out in the brochure. This being the case we do not guarantee to give any client a particular number of introductions during any given period.
Accept that they are paying for the service of Click looking for a partner for them, depending upon the service they have chosen, via the current and new sign ups of the Introduction Agency for the Bronze level, or at Dating Events, Social Events for the Silver level and all of this plus Business Networking Events for the Gold level, in addition to providing them with the profile of people Click believe they would like to meet.
Clients accept that there is no minimum number of profiles for this service or that if we send them a profile of someone that the person will accept an introduction with them.
To stay in regular communication with Click in regard to profiles and introductions. (the onus is on the client to stay in touch with Click not the other way around)

To build a profile portraying the client in their true light and conveying this to potential partners.
To update a clients profile as and when requested by the client
To put in every effort to locate a partner for clients on the Introduction Service
To respond to communication from the client in regard to acceptance or refusal of an introduction

Click Singles Ltd respects and understands the importance of your privacy and will never sell, share or otherwise transfer your personal information to a third party.
When registering with Click Singles Ltd you are required to provide us with your e-mail address and other personal details and these will be held on the Click Singles database. The information will then be used to register you for the event, which you have booked, or another Click Singles event.
This information is used for adding you to the Click Singles mailing and text alert list (this list has an opt-out facility) and/or registering you for a Click Singles event. When your information is collected, it will only be used to advise you of forthcoming Click Singles Events and for correspondence relating to any events for which you have booked. If you register with Click Singles your information is added to our email mailing list. You have the right to opt out of our mailing list at any time without explanation.
When participating in a Click Singles event, you are giving permission to us to forward your email address and first name to any participants with whom you "match". A "match" is when both parties score a "yes" for each other, indicating that they would like to see each other again. We will not forward your email address to any other people in attendance at the event, without your prior permission.
WHAT INFORMATION ARE YOU COLLECTING AND HOW ARE YOU COLLECTING IT?
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer’s "Internet Protocol" IP address. When a visitor requests a page from our Web site within, our Web server automatically recognises that visitor’s domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, but do not collect and evaluate this information for individuals. Our Web servers do not record e-mail addresses of the visitors.
WHAT OTHER INFORMATION DO WE REQUEST?
We may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to e-mail newsletters). We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy that means we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent. In addition, Click Singles will not send you an email that you have not agreed to receive.
We may from time to time send an email announcing new Click Singles products and services. If you choose to join our e-mail mailing list, we may send you information from other reputable, third party companies. If you book online, we need to know your name, email address, postal address, credit card number, and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status.
WILL YOU DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION YOU COLLECT TO OUTSIDE THIRD PARTIES?
Click Singles will disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith believe that such action is necessary to:
Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on Click Singles. Protect and defend the rights or property of the Click Singles network of sites, or visitors to Click Singles. Identify persons who may be violating the law, the legal notice, or the rights of third parties to co-operate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities.
Click Singles uses reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties, which receive the information. Click Singles also links to a wide variety of other sites and contains advertisements of third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.

Click Introduction and Self Development Services
Click Introduction's starting fee is £495. The Self Development Services are individually priced and are subject to change.
The primary objective of this service is to facilitate introductions between our members and to offer clients the facility to enhance their confidence through relationship coaching and a range of personal services. We provide self-development services to move clients into a confident position ready to meet a new partner. We will endeavour to arrange successful, compatible meetings although long-term commitments by our members cannot be guaranteed. Click Introductions makes no guarantees or warranties as to the number or frequency of matches made to you. Whilst many members meet a compatible partner after just two or three introductions, there is no limit to the number of introductions you may receive. It is essential that any introductions received by you must be treated as confidential and not discussed with other parties, including members. It is the responsibility of the member to take the advice given by us regarding personal safety as we cannot be held responsible for the actions of our members nor any accident or event arising from an introduction.
Prior to the acceptance of a Member at Click Introduction Service, a prospective Member must sign and date a copy of these Terms and Conditions of Business, thereby confirming their acceptance of all provisions contained therein. By signing, the signatory undertakes to keep wholly confidential any information received about any other Agency Member and also confirms the accuracy of the personal details and history provided to the Agency when seeking membership.
The signatory also confirms they are either single, widowed, divorced or separated (but living apart).
''Introductions' (as hereinafter mentioned) means those occasions on which the Agency, Click Introductions, has contacted the Member with details of another Member deemed by the Agency to be a compatible match. It, therefore, follows that while the Member may decide not to pursue any introduction by contacting or meeting the selected Member in person, the Agency has nevertheless fulfilled its obligation as regards an 'introduction'.
Fees and Membership
We accept payment of the membership fee for the service chosen respectively in cash, by cheque, PayPal or credit card which must be received before the personal interview stage. Having accepted the agency's Terms and Conditions of Business by signing and dating the Members' Application Form and payment of your joining fee, you will proceed to the personal interview stage. This will be conducted at Click’s main offices 1- 3 Tonbridge Road, Maidstone. Our fee, which covers membership, the interview, administration and on-going advertising costs, is non-refundable. Membership is for the period stated on the applicable service you have chosen, Bronze, Silver or Gold from the date of signing and accepting these Terms and Conditions of Business. No introductions will be offered to the Member unless payment has been received and banked by the Agency. As long as the service is paid for in advance, the Member may receive as many compatible introductions as are available. You may cancel the Agreement within five working days from the date of signing your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Termination must be received in writing no later than 5 days after the date of signing. After your initial 5 day 'cooling off' period, no refund will be considered. The Agency, Click Introductions, reserves the right to vary its fees at any time. If membership is cancelled at any time an administration fee of £100 will be retained by Click Introductions.
A very high standard of courtesy and respect is demanded from all Members of Click and any feedback to the contrary may result in a non-refundable cancellation of membership. Whilst the Agency undertakes to work on behalf of our Members to carefully identify suitable introductions and recommend the Member to other Members, whilst every endeavour is made to ensure the success of matches, Click Introductions will not accept any responsibility for any occurrence as a consequence of any meeting with or relationship formed with any person as a result of an introduction. Click Introductions will not be held in any way responsible for the actions of its members. All information given to Click Introductions is accepted as accurate in all respects, in good faith and will be treated as strictly confidential and will be the basis on which introductions are made. All information supplied to Click Introductions by members will be treated in the strictest of confidence and is subject to the Data Protection Act. Any personal information obtained from the application form will be used for the sole purpose of matching with other Click Introductions' members and members from companies affiliated to Click Introductions. Click Introductions will interview thoroughly each Member and investigate his or her needs, in turn providing an excellent selection and matching service. The Agency does not currently conduct criminal background screenings on its members. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions in connection with meeting and dating other members.
