Wye Crown, a landmark that can be seen for miles around was created in 1902 by local students to mark the coronation of King Edward VII, Wye Downs National Nature and offers views over the Devil’s Kneading Trough and beyond. Wye is a historic village in Kent and in March 2013, it was voted 3rd best place to live in the UK according to the annual survey taken by The Sunday Times.

Hello Jean-Louis,
I’ve just noticed that there is another organisation (meetup)
running the same walk, same location, same time, same start point on Sunday.
(me included.... ooooops!!)
I think the latest count for the meetup walk is about 40, so could get
a bit confusing, busy and interesting....
Cheers
Jon

Hello Jon, Thank you for letting all of us know. Maybe the guys from that group would like to join us? Then they will all know about the varied services Click has available that Meetup does not offer.

Best regards Linda

Hello Jon, Just one other point as a company we have to adhere to Health and Safety and other regulations stipulated by our insurance company as well as our walk leaders who have to have an emergency First Aid certificate. Our insurance limits the number of walkers to 20 for this reason.
Thank you Linda

Hi Linda
Was only trying to be helpful to John.... :-(
Hannah from the Kent Explorers group is aware and will help people find the right group at 10:45 on Sunday
if need be. Two groups starting from the same location at the same time was only an observation really....not a concern or problem and I'm sure all will be fine.
I will certainly pass the Click message around on Sunday (I booked the event with them whilst back in Crete and before re-joining Click)
