Asda Car Park, Dartford, Kent
Non Members: Free
Suitable clothing and footwear
What to expect?
Walk from Greenhithe under the Dartford Bridge and along the Darenth Valley Path to Sevenoaks with rights of way officer John Pelham. Follow the River Darent from the banks of the River Thames through the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the Greensand Hills – and enjoy a lunch stop at Lullingstone Country Park. It is a 21-mile hike for experienced walkers, although the going is mainly flat.
You can either pay £20 to take part or [www.justgiving.com/fundraising/KatieAGardner raise sponsorship for ellenor]. This is a one-way walk, so it would be great if walkers could be dropped off and picked up, although we do have permission to leave cars in the Asda car park at Greenhithe and might consider running a couple of minibuses back from Sevenoaks if necessary. Numbers will be limited to 20/25 so book your place now!
If you would like to take part, you can book online and pay cash on the day or please contact area fundraiser Katie Gardner at
